Networking & Wi-Fi

Every smart system depends on the network. Large homes need a planned network, not a router in a closet.

Overview

We design a wired backbone, place access points from the floor plan and construction materials, and separate traffic for guests, devices and work.

Remote monitoring lets us see outages and offline devices and often resolve them without a visit.

  • Wired backbone and rack
  • Access-point placement plan
  • Network segmentation
  • Remote monitoring and alerts
  • Outdoor and outbuilding coverage

What a typical project looks like

  1. 1. Consultation

We talk through the home, the rooms, your priorities and a budget range.

  2. 2. Design

Systems, locations and wiring are planned on paper, ideally before construction.

  3. 3. Install

Wiring goes in at the right stage, then equipment is installed and programmed.

  4. 4. Handoff

We walk you through the system and stay available for questions and support.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need more than one access point?

In most larger homes, yes. Coverage depends on layout, wall materials and how many devices connect.

Can you take over an existing network?

Yes. We audit first, then recommend targeted changes.
