Whole-Home Audio

Whole-home audio should sound good in the kitchen and the patio, be controlled from a phone or a wall keypad, and never make anyone think about it.

Living room with two floor-standing speakers flanking a fireplace

Overview

We zone the house by how you live, choose speakers suited to each space, and size amplification with headroom. Streaming sources and control are selected for reliability first.

Speaker placement is coordinated with the designer so grilles, finishes and trims match the room.

  • Zone planning by room and use
  • In-ceiling, in-wall and outdoor speakers
  • Amplification and streaming sources
  • Keypads and app control
  • Integration with lighting and scenes

What a typical project looks like

  1. 1. Consultation

We talk through the home, the rooms, your priorities and a budget range.

  2. 2. Design

Systems, locations and wiring are planned on paper, ideally before construction.

  3. 3. Install

Wiring goes in at the right stage, then equipment is installed and programmed.

  4. 4. Handoff

We walk you through the system and stay available for questions and support.

Frequently asked questions

Wired or wireless speakers?

Wired architectural speakers are still our default for permanent rooms because of sound quality and reliability; wireless products suit flexible spaces.

Can audio be added after the house is built?

Often yes, depending on access. It is much easier and cleaner with prewire.
